Psychotherapy
It gets better.
Maybe early adversity or recent loss has left you unmoored or questioning, or maybe there is just too much mental noise and that internal critic seems harsher than ever. Or perhaps you push through every workday while inside there’s a heaviness that coffee, podcasts, and "willpower" can't shift. If you’re exhausted, detached, or secretly wondering “Is it always going to feel like this?” you’re not alone. And it can get better.
I’m a PhD clinical psychologist (and part‑time professor) who blends CBT, ACT, and compassion‑focused therapy to help high‑achieving adults reclaim energy, meaning, and real hope. Our 45‑minute or 60-minute sessions are structured yet warm—expect practical tools, clear goals, and genuine partnership.
Types of Therapy Offered
Effective therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether meeting online or in-person, together we’ll choose evidence-based tools that fit you—evidence-based CBT when clear structure helps or emotion-focused or insight-oriented when deeper healing is needed, for example.
