Clinical Supervision
My supervision style is collaborative, developmental, and firmly rooted in the science-practice bridge. We start by clarifying your learning goals, then use live or recorded case material, structured reflection, and evidence-based frameworks—CBT, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care—to sharpen case formulation, intervention skills, and ethical decision-making. I balance direct, skills-focused feedback with a strengths-based stance that nurtures clinical judgment, cultural humility, and self-care, so you leave each meeting with concrete strategies and greater confidence in your unique therapeutic voice.

I offer flexible, video-based supervision—available as a single consultation or on a recurring weekly schedule—for graduate students and post-doctoral fellows completing program requirements or accruing hours toward licensure. Fees vary with session length, frequency, and training focus; please call or email for current rates.
ADHD Evaluation & Treatment
With more than fifteen years of research and practice devoted to stress, neurodevelopment, and executive functioning, I bring a comprehensive, lifespan-oriented lens to ADHD care.
My evaluation process begins with an in-depth clinical interview and a review of developmental, medical, and academic records, followed by gold-standard rating scales, performance-based tests of attention and working memory, and, when indicated, neuropsychological measures that differentiate ADHD from learning disorders, anxiety, depression, or trauma effects. My goal is to translate rigorous assessment into practical strategies that help clients channel their creativity and drive without being derailed by distractibility or feeling overwhelmed.
The assessment approach depends on your life stage. For adolescents, I weave in collateral input from parents and teachers; for adults, we work together to examine workplace demands, life transitions, and masking strategies that can obscure symptoms. The resulting report synthesizes cognitive data and real-world demands and includes specific, evidence-based recommendations for school or workplace accommodations.
Treatment is equally individualized: I integrate CBT for procrastination and negative self-talk, dialectical and mindfulness practices to regulate emotional reactivity, and structured executive-skills coaching to build planning, time-management, and task-initiation muscles.
